Q: do you offer sales or promotions?

we're approachable, and that means so is our pricing.
although we appreciate the good occasional sale, we aren't big on it here. we believe in affordable pricing, 365 days a year. with that, we love treating our community to free samples with every purchase, free gifts, and (always) free shipping on orders $75+.
in addition, we've committed to zero price increases through 2021 as a commitment to our transparency.
Q: are your apothecary products vegan, gluten-free, cruelty free, or organic?
we have love for mother nature, and source organic + non-gmo as frequently as possible. no matter what, you will always find: cold-pressed or pure, therapeutic grade, and/or ecoCERT approved ingredients here. our apothecary collection is 92.5% vegan friendly. our ingredient panel is gluten-free friendly, but keep in mind we don't operate in a gluten-free facility. we stand behind NO animal testing, and all product formulations are tested on real people.
Q: what is your shipping policy?
we ship worldwide, with care + simplicity.
our standard processing time for orders is 2-4 business days, excluding transit time.
for destinations within the USA, we offer a simple 1-rate USPS shipping on your ritual + the option to receive your order super quick, if needed.
for international destinations, you will find various shipping options at checkout based on the weight of your shipment.
all rituals are packaged using recyclable and/or made in the USA materials.

every product has a "gift" option, which will let us know to exclude a packing slip + pack it with extra love! put together a ritual you think they'll love, and we'll take care of the rest, for free.

keep it simple and let them choose. our online gift card is immediately emailed to you so you can then forward the gift card email to the recipient or print it out.
